The creep phenomenon will inevitably occur in the course of railway vehicles traveling. By solving the creep mathematical model, the relationship among wheel-railway adhesion coefficient, vehicle speed and creep rate is obtained. On this basis, the mathematical model of ABS and AMESim simulation model are established, and the simulation and analysis are completed under the conditions of track drying and wetting. The temperature field of disc brake is analyzed based on ABAQUS.

According to the working environment and conditions of mobile battery, an intelligent control system is proposed. The system can complete the detection, communication, display, early warning and storage of battery-related information to ensure the stability of the working status of each battery. The system is based on single chip computer and has high performance-price ratio. In terms of function, the designed system has many functional modules, besides basic data detection, it can also realize fault diagnosis, storage and early warning, with high efficiency.

Turbine is an important component of aero-engine. Once a fault occurs, especially when the load exceeds the yield strength, the turbocharger will be damaged in a very short time. Therefore, the structural reliability analysis of turbocharger becomes more and more important. A simplified turbine model is established by Catia. The static strength of the model is analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software. The distribution of stress and deformation is obtained, and the relationship between rotational speed and maximum stress is studied.

Natural fibers composites are low-cost fibers with high specific properties, low density and eco-friendly. The development of advanced bio composite materials made is increasing in the world.
