The various transformations marked by social, economic and political life in the last decades, have given a prominent place to education, both in the education systems and in the institutions themselves as complex and modern organizations. In times of uncertainty, there are several proposals around education. It is also in this scenario that distance education (DE) comes to assume a fundamental role for the development of education itself.

Background : To increase the country's energy production, the State of Niger has built a 7MW photovoltaic solar power plant connected on grid of the Nigerien electricity company in the department of Malbaza, Tahoua region (130 58'3.54 ”North and 5031'11.95 " East). Objective: In order to analyze the operation of this plant, a study of energy production was carried out in this article. Methods: The study was based on data on energy production as a function of irradiation and temperature from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

Introduction: The elderly population of the world increasing gradually. The situation of elderly population of Nepal also is in increasing trend as in other countries. Our government is also started to give priorities for the elderly population at present. This paper attempts to assess the utilization of health care services among the elderly population who were attending in the Emergency department of Karnali Academy of Health sciences Jumla.

Background: Prevalence of cerebral palsy (CP) in developing country is high. It is one of the most common causes of childhood physical disability. Purpose: To establish a registry of CP in Kafrelsheikh Governorate except Kafrelsheikh city-Egypt. Subject and Methods: One hundred and three children with CP of both genders who were receiving physical therapy in Kafrelsheikh Governorate except Kafrelsheikh city participated in the study. Their ages ranged from one month to 18 years. They were subjected to confidential modified Australian Registry Form.

Background: The central venous accesses technique uses a direct visualization puncture. With the advent of the ultrasound (US)-guided puncture, a high variation rate in the anatomical position (AP) of the right internal jugular vein (RIJV) was observed compared to the right common carotid artery (RCCA). Objective: This study describes the rate of AP variability in RIJV, compared with previous studies and descriptions.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by a novel corona virus (SARS-CoV-2), is a highly contagious disease. Most of the infected patients have mild symptoms including fever, fatigue and cough. Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the causative agent of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization on 11th March 2020.

A method has been provided for the disinfection of water polluted by bacteria comprising administering zero-valent iron to the water in the presence of oxygen. This administration lead to the hydroxyl free radicals generation assuring the disinfection of contaminated water. A method has been used to proof the generation of free radicals.

Road traffic injuries (RTI) are worldwide health and constitute an oversized majority of the deaths caused by all injuries. Every year the lives of approximately 1.35 million people are died as a result of a road traffic crash. Between 20 to 50 million more people suffer non-fatal injuries, with many incurring a disability as a result of their injury. we are introducing the automated alert device for vehicle accidents. The proposed system detects the accident and sends the data in less time to emergency services like 108 in India.

The study examined the role of corporate governance principles in raising the financial performance efficiency for insurance companies in Sudan. The study has the following questions: Does the applying of corporate governance principles affect the profitability of insurance companies? What is the relationship between applying the principles of governance and liquidity? The study reached the following results: The rights of the equity principle help increase the net profit of insurance companies.

In this paper, we applied linear transformations in the graph theory. Firstly, we constructed vector spaces of a finite number of elements over the field F={0,1}.Then we used them to construct linear transformations (in fact linear operators), defined on each of the vector spaces of the degrees of the vertices;〖(D〗_V,+_V,._V); the vector space of the vertices;(V,⨁▒〖,⨀)〗 ; and the vector space of the number of the paths between the vertex a and the other vertices;〖(P〗_a,+_P,._P);.The last linear transformations is defined from V into D_V.
