Family business is quite common form of doing business in Macedonia and the Balkans. There are two ways of operating: by starting family business or by inheritance. In both cases there is equal amount of advantages and disadvantages which have a beneficial or detrimental effect on business.

This paper examines the potential of post-COVID remote work to decarbonize the workforce and support the transition to a net-zero economy. By reducing commuting and decreasing the demand for office space, remote work can help to cut greenhouse gas emissions. It highlights that, to reduce the climate impact of the transportation sector, which is responsible for 28% of U.S. emissions, cutting back on commuting presents an easily achievable way to save on greenhouse gas emissions.

This study was carried out to examine the innovative ideas and practices and the motivating factors among the public-school teachers. It was confined within the premise of innovative ideas implemented by the public-school teachers and the factors that motivate them in engaging in innovative work behavior. It involved the secondary school teachers in the Schools Division Office of Cotabato, Kidapawan, Tacurong, and Sultan Kudarat. Teachers in the elementary were excluded to participate. This was conducted during the Second Semester of the School Year 2023-2024.

Triage The report describes the YOLO5 algorithm that underpins the approach in question and can be classified as machine learning for object detection and classification conducted to identify different dog breeds. The project entailed curating a huge number of images of dogs, creating a bounding box for each of them similarly to the previous project, and marking the breed of the dog in the image, training the YOLO5 model, releasing the model and using it to achieve real-time detection of the breed of a dog.
