Design of intelligent detection device for bearing steel ball

Based on the meridian expansion method, a mathematical model for the analysis of the unfolding motion of the bearing steel ball surface is established, and the trajectory equation of the unfolding motion of the ball surface is deduced, which provides a basis for the follow-up mechanical structure design. Through the mechanism simulation based on Pro/Mechanism, the scanning trajectory curve of the probe can be verified and the surface of the steel ball can be completely covered.

Evaluation Of Formation Processes Of Microcapsules By Thermal Analysis

Antioxidants are compounds with large industrial applicationin the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food sectors. Anthocyanins are thermosensitive natural pigments with important antioxidant and biofunctional action, and can be better preserved if kept encapsulated. This treatment can be performed by different techniques, among them spray-dying and lyophilization.

Study And Analysis Of Shear Properties Of Magneto Rheological Fluids

Under the magnetic field, the shear stress and apparent viscosity of Magneto Rheological Fluid (MRF) increase significantly. The shear stress ranges from 1.08 kPa to 12 kPa, and the apparent viscosity ranges from 2.5 Pa•s to 28.7 kPa•s. When the magnetic field is constant, the shear stress increases and tends to stabilize with the increase of shear rate, and there exists shear thinning phenomenon. The shear yield stress calculated by Bingham and Casson models is 1043Pa ~ 8825Pa.

Analysis and research on dynamic characteristics of railwayway vehicle braking system

The creep phenomenon will inevitably occur in the course of railway vehicles traveling. By solving the creep mathematical model, the relationship among wheel-railway adhesion coefficient, vehicle speed and creep rate is obtained. On this basis, the mathematical model of ABS and AMESim simulation model are established, and the simulation and analysis are completed under the conditions of track drying and wetting. The temperature field of disc brake is analyzed based on ABAQUS.

Design of mobile battery intelligent control system

According to the working environment and conditions of mobile battery, an intelligent control system is proposed. The system can complete the detection, communication, display, early warning and storage of battery-related information to ensure the stability of the working status of each battery. The system is based on single chip computer and has high performance-price ratio. In terms of function, the designed system has many functional modules, besides basic data detection, it can also realize fault diagnosis, storage and early warning, with high efficiency.

Strength and modal analysis of aviation turbine based on ansys

Turbine is an important component of aero-engine. Once a fault occurs, especially when the load exceeds the yield strength, the turbocharger will be damaged in a very short time. Therefore, the structural reliability analysis of turbocharger becomes more and more important. A simplified turbine model is established by Catia. The static strength of the model is analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software. The distribution of stress and deformation is obtained, and the relationship between rotational speed and maximum stress is studied.

A literature review on natural fibers, its properties and influence of water absorption on mechanical properties of composites

Natural fibers composites are low-cost fibers with high specific properties, low density and eco-friendly. The development of advanced bio composite materials made is increasing in the world. It will be an alternative way to develop the bio-composites which can be particularly used for daily needs of common people whether it is house hold furniture, house and light weight car components and other equipment. This effort to develop bio-composite materials with improved performance for global applications is an ongoing process.

System engineering as a deployable enterprise system generation tool

This paper verifies the effectiveness of system engineering by its impacts towards enterprise system generation. An industrial case studies is presented about IBM adopted a model-driven engineering method to determine intentional services that meet business goals. It aims to extend the understanding of a specific method of system engineering- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), with its flexible integration of business process and effective simplification of generation framework.

A universal programming platform by extending xml

XML is everywhere: Data Integration, File configuration and Interface definition are areas where XML is intensively present. We may define rules, constraints and configuration settings, or specify graphical interfaces, export data and define rules. This markup language allows the extensibility of any data specification, graphical interface design, or settings storage in an easy and flexible way, which allowed a wide usage of XML in the industry community. Programmers write programs using a learned syntax that depends of a specific language.

Security threats in electronic learning

Technological advances have made e-learning an increasingly central delivery system enhancing teaching and learning processes. Unlike face-to-face methods of teaching, which depend on physical structures, e-learning provides a potentially better alternative to face-to-face learning and makes learning easily accessible. With e-learning, education can be facilitated from virtually anywhere and at any time because of the convenience and affordability of the new technology. At the same time, however, new technology has introduced platforms that attract illegal activity.
