Article 222 of Law 37 of 2004 regarding Bankruptcy and Deferment of Debt Payment Obligation (DDPO) explains two things: first, creditor cannot directly force the debtor to pay the debt and or the debtor’s assets confiscation is delayed (moratorium); second, debtor restructures the debt by submitting reconciliation proposal. This research focuses on investigating how insolvency of debtor can become the ground of requesting for DDPO.

Mangalore Special Economic Zone was established in February 2006, promoted by the Central and State Governments, financial institutions and private entrepreneurs. The MSEZ project has been proposed over a total area of 3,985 acres of land of Dakshina Kannada District, in Karnataka State. MSEZ Limited about 2207.23 acres of land was notified and acquired from the villages like Permude (780.18), Kalavaru (482.35), Thokooru (303.67), Bajpe (606.6), Kulayi (19.9), Sajjpa(1.03), Parambooru (3.47), Idya (.25), Narikombu (1.65), Kasab (4.29) and Sara (3.84).

The accounting information in order to be useful in making financial decisions should be relevant and comparable. To achieve the comparability of accounting information, accounting principles used by companies around the world must be similar. For this reason, the national accounting systems of the counties need to be harmonized and support the same accounting principles and standards. In this paper we are trying to analyze the accounting systems of the European Union countries that belong to Euro zone.

Solomon obtained wisdom by offering a thousand burnt offerings at the high place of Gibeon, and lost it by obtaining losing a thousand wives to Jerusalem. India has huge population within its boundaries which will create more vocational problem than before. There are many examples of the persons doing jobs below their qualities, abilities, interest and aspirations. Everywhere we see the rush of unemployed persons but the other side of the coin is that there are many such vocations which are vacant for the eligible candidates. So it is very necessary that the interest of the person should be judged since the beginning stage of life.

Recently digital currency have gained a lot of attention from media. Digital currency uses technology for transfer of currency among entities. As a result of elimination of intermediaries digital currency allows swift transactions with the help of internet. Cryptography is used for increasing the security of monetary transactions. Also known as cyber cash and digital money can be used to purchase goods and services but is restricted to certain online communities. Digital currency does not fetch any interest as it is not accepted by banks.

This article is the result of research conducted at inclusion school in Bandung City, West Java Indonesia. Inclusive Education that provides opportunities for all children with Disabilities to be able to learn together without any difference in getting the teaching, knowledge as children in general. Using the qualitative approach of descriptive study, this research seeks to reveal the challenges and opportunities of inclusive schools in Bandung.
