Distraction Osteogenesis (DO) represents a biologic process of new bone formation between the surfaces of bone segments that are gradually separated by incremental traction, and is also termed as callotasis, and osteodistraction. It is an advanced surgical procedure of regenerating new bone and associated soft tissues along with biological tissue adaptation and modification without the need of any grafting procedures.
Purpose: The outbreak of COVID-19 severely impacted economic activities across the globe. Since then, business have been struggling to adjust to the changing circumstances and meet the challenges due to changes in the workplace. This paper presents an overview of new work arrangements, such as working from home or with a virtual team, and new challenges for employees, such as social isolation, stress, and unemployment. Methods: 646 documents published between 2020 and 2023 were analyzed for this paper.
This paper aims to study customers' intentional behavior using the E-tourism service by applying the TAM model. There were 176 valid questionnaires put into the analysis system of SPSS. The result indicates that two factors are not significantly affected by intentional behavior toward E-tourism services, including perceived ease and cost. The four remaining factors have impacted intention behavior toward E-tourism services: perceived usefulness, risk awareness, Subjective norm, and Perceived behavioral control.
The study aimed to investigate the impact of blended learning on the English-speaking abilities of EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learners, utilizing debate and extempore techniques. The research followed a quasi-experimental design with three stages: pre-observation, intervention, and post-observation. The study included a total of 42 participants, comprising 20 girls and 22 boys in the sixth grade. The experimental group engaged in blended learning activities within a designated classroom, while the control group received traditional English language training.
Background: There is few researched knowledge on the tangible socio-economic impact of Internal Savings and Lending Schemes (ISALS) on women in Zimbabwe. This study which was informed by the African Feminist Theory, is expected to add to the body of knowledge through examining the tangible-socio-economic life changing stories in women participating in ISALS in Mt Darwin District of Zimbabwe.

This study aimed to find out the experiential meaning of Dedeng folktale text. This study was conducted using a descriptive method, taking Dedeng folktale as the central phenomenon to be studied. The data of this study were all clauses in Dedeng folktale, collected using a document method.
