    ABSTRACT:

Recently, government of India has hinted that public sector banks can be privatized. This led to unrest among the bank employees and they went on protest strike. In this paper it is tried to show that how few (20) private banks has been nationalized in 1980’s and same banks now government want to privatize. Motive of nationalization and motive behind privatization seems to be contradictory; same has been highlighted in this paper.

    ABSTRACT:

At present India is said to be third largest economy in the world in terms of PPP. However, we still need to find out solutions for high poverty, income inequality and large unemployment. Poor health, malnutrition and low literacy rate are other issues. Provision of employment can solve most of these issues. Hence, in this paper it is tried to focus on the possibility of urban employment guarantee scheme in line of MGNREGS. So that urban labour needs not to go back to rural area in distress situation like recent covid19.

    ABSTRACT:

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the most frequent complications of this infection include pneumonia and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Hypoxemia and increased work of breathing are determining factors in adopting various non-invasive oxygenation therapeutic strategies in patients with COVID-19. It is important to know and describe the different modalities of non-invasive oxygen therapy, in order to preserve oxygenation and adequate respiratory work, the strategies described in the literature include: conventional nasal cannulas, high-flow nasal cannulas and non-invasive mechanical ventilation coupled with other support measures such as prone position, administration of schemes with steroids, immunomodulators and inhaled nitric oxide. Non-invasive oxygenation strategies by different methods are essential tools for the treatment of patients with moderate-severe COVID-19 pneumonia. It is necessary to evaluate the device to be used, since this disease has heterogeneous characteristics according to severity and time of evolution.

    ABSTRACT:

The present research consists of proposing methodologies that aim to work on graph theory making use of problematic methods and heuristic principles of teaching-learning of Mathematics. It aims to develop a methodological proposal that contributes to the improvement of the teaching-learning process of Graph Theory and its applications in Higher Education, that is, in ISPCAB, based on the mental schemes presented by Biembengut and Hein. SPSS and R-Studio statistical software were used to extrapolate data obtained from the questionnaire applied to teachers and students and the pre-test and post-test that were applied to 55 students; An analytical approach was made to the theoretical foundations of the object of study, with an emphasis on teaching methods (which are the teacher's actions to organize teaching activities in order to promote student learning). This was followed by the characterization of the current state, where difficulties of various types were found, such as the lack of a clear, deep and objective introduction of the concepts related to the different types of graphs; difficulties in extracting the matrix, both adjacency and incidence, in a graph and difficulties in interpreting problems involving graph theory, by the way they are formulated. Then, we elaborate, present, indicate proposals and propose methodologies to be adopted to minimize, if not, overcome these difficulties through problematic teaching.

    ABSTRACT:

This study aims to identify the factors that underlie the difficulties in the teaching-learning process of Statistics Applied to Education at ISCED-Cabinda and at the Higher Pedagogical Social Sciences Arts and Humanities Institute of M’Banza Congo. For this purpose, in a population of 314 students and 6 teachers, a sample of 157 students and 6 teachers was chosen, from which they answered the questionnaires, whose opinions served for the diagnosis of the current situation of the teaching-learning process of this discipline, verifying the hypotheses and develop a conceptual model to mitigate the factors that make learning difficult. The research was quantitative-qualitative, where the questions of the questionnaires obeyed the Likert-type scale with statistical analyzes made with the help of the SPSS software, where it was found that the factors that make teaching-learning difficult in these institutions are: 1) the non-use of statistical softwares during teaching-learning process; 2) Negative results due to difficulties in calculating statistical measures of data grouped by classes, in classifying variables, in interpreting statistical measures and the behavior of data from graphs; and 3) the type of answers to the questions most valued by the teachers, which must coincide with the notes in the didactic material. The Mitigation Conceptual Model developed could serve to improve the current situation.

    ABSTRACT:

Sea urchin belongs to the echinoderm family, with globular or flat, calcified spines covered bodies. There are more than 1000 species of sea-urchins and about 80 poisonous potentially to human. Sea-urchin poisoning symptoms comprise systemic and local effects such as severe pain, syncope, respiratory distress and paralysis. We report a snorkel diver case with near-drowning accident and sea-urchin stung. He was evacuated to our hospital, required mechanical ventilation support and renal replacement therapy due to his rapidly deteriorating conditions, until the sea-urchin spines removal. He had a full recovery and was discharged two weeks after the accident.

    ABSTRACT:

    ABSTRACT:

In this study, the photocatalytic performance of Tb, N co-doped titania nanocomposites was evaluated by degradation of methylene blue. The effects of calcination temperature and N doping amount on the catalytic activity were analyzed. In addition, the photocatalytic reaction kinetics of the nanocomposites was also discussed. The results showed that Tb-N-TiO2 exhibites the highest photocatalytic performance when the calcination temperature is 600 °C and the optimal doping amount of N is 6 %. Tb-N-TiO2, N-TiO2 and Tb-TiO2were fitted to the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics, and the reaction rate constants were 0.03768 h-1, 0.56742 h-1 and 0.06289 h-1, respectively.

    ABSTRACT:

This study focused on the Influence of training in special needs education in implementing inclusive education in lower grades primary schools. The study adopted a descriptive survey design to gather data. The location of the study was Awendo, Migori County, Kenya. The target population was lower grades primary teachers in the mainstream schools which have special units. Respondents were 37 in number that included one education officer, nine school heads, and twenty-seven lower grades primary teachers. Quantitative data from questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics while qualitative data from interviews and checklists were analyzed thematically. Pearson’s correlation was employed to test the hypothesis at a significant level of alpha .05. Findings revealed that there is only (26%) of teachers trained in special needs education and these teachers are not enough for all the schools with special units making inclusive education less operational. there is no clear policy guiding the training of teachers in special needs education. The majority of regular schools with special units do not have trained teachers at all in special needs education. There is no clear policy concerning the training and deployment of teachers in schools with a special unit. Hence it is difficult for teachers who are only trained in one area of specialization to manage the classes made of a mixture of learners with different categories of disabilities in addition to learners without disabilities. The main recommendation is that ministry of education may come up with a mass training model where trained teachers are involved in the training of their colleagues who are not trained in special needs education. This will result in enough teachers in regular schools to support learners with disabilities in special units.
