The importance of electricity to any nation cannot be underestimated. This is because of its impact in the overall economy. There is no doubt that all is not well with Nigeria electricity, hence, the need for the restructuring of its privatization process. Electricity in Nigeria prior to this time has been a public enterprise before it was privatized as a result of claims by stakeholders that government has no need to be involved in business ventures. Using quantitative research method with oral interview as the instrument for data collection, this paper examines the need for the restructuring of the earlier privatized electricity sector in the country. It argues that Electricity privatization was intended to promote efficiency in the power sector which will invariably bring about reduction in the price of electricity. Unfortunately, the distributing arm of the electricity was privatized to the detriment of the consumers who are now victims of exploitation by the elite class. This paper contends that there is an understanding that price should be fixed by the forces of demand and supply, and not by any regulatory authority as it is obtainable in other developed economies. It recommends the withdrawal of electricity privatization by government for sale to the various states where power plants are located, a legislation that will make the power sector (electricity) to be controlled by the various states, while the National Assembly should pass a law backing the clamor for resource control which will enable states to exploit available resources for development including the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity as this will put an end to the present exploitation by few elites involved in the power sector. The paper concludes that the implementation of these recommendations will enhance efficient delivery of electricity to Nigerians.

This paper aimed to throw more light on the effects and concept of talent management as one of the recent systems that brought to Human Resources Management and its numerous activities especially in the new era. Additionally, it comes not only to survey the motives behind approving such concept in organizations and companies and the impact on its employees but also to identify the most important strategies of talent management and how to deal with its considered as a competitive advantage for its direct impact on performance level as well as to identify the best ways to invest in talent management because of its effects on reducing the economic cost in the organization by retaining and motivating those talents to implement organization overall strategies. Employee’s especially talented ones contribute to the achievement of competitive advantage in their organizations because they innovate in their field and they have the ability to make the right decisions to achieve goals. In details, there are some aspects that reflect the weakness of organizational loyalty causing talented people to leave their organizations; this is due to some repellent factors in their organizations, and the absence of the tools which will work on the employees’ development in the organizations so as to enhance the employee’s talents for the productivity of the organization.

Copyrights protection of Indigenous People of Indonesia in the form of Traditional Cultural Expression was not yet perceived to be fair. The state has the obligation to give a comprehensive protection that would protect the rights of indigenous people of Indonesia under the appropriate law. The existence of indigenous people and the copyrights of Traditional Cultural Expression is part of nation’s wealth and identity. This study would focused on how does Islam view this matter through law provision using Maqasid al Syari’ah method in protecting the rights of indigenous people of Indonesia, whereas Islamic law is one of the secondary laws and therefore expected to strongly contribute solution over this matter. Study method was normative with conceptual and case approach to obtain conclusion that protecting Traditional Cultural Expression by using Islamic law with Maqasid al Syari’ah method was an obligation. This was based on the rule of obligation to protect several things such as: life and human rights protection (hifzul nafsi/hifzul ‘irdhi), intellectual property protection (hifzul aqli) and wealth protection (hifzul maal).
