Based on their scientific practical work and International rating organization gave to the Prince Lord Prof. Momtchil Dobrev-Halachev the award WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2019 IN ECONOMICS/FINANCE – and named him “ The Father of the modern Finance”.
